Michelle Sharp is a licensed occupational therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2010 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from DePauw University. Michelle joined A Step Ahead in January 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from working in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehab, outpatient therapy, early intervention, and school-based services.

Michelle is passionate about helping children reach their full potential by providing individualized care that supports their development, confidence, and independence. Her background also includes leadership roles in youth ministry and community service, demonstrating her dedication to supporting families both in and out of the clinic.

Michelle lives in North Vernon, Indiana, with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, participating in church activities, and being involved in her local community.
