Carla Ruch is a licensed physical therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy. Originally from Wisconsin, she earned her degree from Marquette University and brings over 30 years of pediatric experience to the team. Carla joined A Step Ahead in October 2000 and has been a dedicated part of the team ever since.

Throughout her career, Carla has had the opportunity to practice in a variety of settings, including acute care, ICU, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, outpatient clinics, and home-based early intervention. She loves getting to know her patients and their families and working alongside them to help each child achieve their goals.

Carla lives in Columbus, Indiana, with her husband. They have three adult sons and one son in high school, and they have loved watching all four boys participate in many different sports over the years. Carla is also a proud and loyal Green Bay Packers fan!
