Sydney Gerkin is a dedicated pediatric physical therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy. A native of North Vernon, Indiana, she earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Indianapolis and recently completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Hanover College.

Sydney is licensed by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency and successfully passed her national board exam in February 2024.

Sydney has always been passionate about working with children and their families to make a positive impact on their lives. She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to help each child reach their full potential.

Outside of the clinic, Sydney enjoys spending quality time with her husband, taking walks with their dog, and doting on her nieces and nephew.
