Kimberly Crecelius is a developmental therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy. She joined the team in September 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in early childhood development, family services, and case management. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Development from National University, as well as an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Macomb Community College.

Kimberly has over a decade of experience working with children and families in various capacities, including roles as a foster care case manager, family case manager, and program director. She is passionate about supporting families, creating safe and nurturing environments, and helping children develop the skills they need to thrive. Kimberly is trained in trauma-informed care, non-violent crisis intervention, and child and adolescent needs and strengths (CANS) assessments.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Kimberly brings leadership, compassion, and resilience to her work with children and families. She is dedicated to providing family-centered support and empowering families as partners in their child’s development.
