Michaela Fuller, OTD/OTR

Michaela Fuller is a licensed occupational therapist at A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2024 and joined A Step Ahead in June 2024. Michaela is passionate about helping children achieve their fullest potential through engagement in meaningful activities, with a particular interest in play-based and child-led therapy.

Michaela has experience in a variety of settings, including feeding therapy, sensory processing and integration, and push-in therapy in preschool classrooms. Her background includes working as an anatomy supplemental instructor, teacher’s assistant, and private tutor, where she developed strong communication and leadership skills.

Michaela is committed to making therapy fun, engaging, and collaborative, helping children build independence and confidence while working closely with families.

Outside of work, Michaela enjoys spending time with friends and family, staying active, and exploring new opportunities for learning and growth.
